LRCS Superintendent Search Information
The LRCS Board of Directors is committed to finding the best candidate for the district's next superintendent. As part of this effort, we invite our families and community to share their perspectives and participate in the selection process.
To lead the search, the Board has partnered with Northwest Leadership Associates, a firm specializing in superintendent searches throughout the Pacific Northwest. The search process will provide multiple opportunities for staff, students, families, and community members to contribute their thoughts on the qualities and priorities they value most in the district’s next leader.
LRCS Superintendent Search Community Input Survey:
One way to share your input is by participating in a Leadership Profile Survey, available online through November 14, 2025. This survey will help identify the core values desired in the next superintendent.

LRCS Superintendent Search Community Input Forums:
Another way to provide input is to attend a community input forum. These sessions, facilitated by Northwest Leadership Associates, are an opportunity to share what qualities, experiences, and priorities you believe are most important for our next leader.
